Global Community Africa

The training programs of Global Community Africa are the product of 30 years of independent research into the mindset of poverty. In Kenya we have identified two core beliefs which, if transformed, help people to quickly adopt behaviors consistent with enhanced productivity:

• Culture of Silence: When people do not feel free to speak what they have to say there is a culture of silence. Our workshops encourage participants to Stand Up/Speak Up/Act Together.

• Culture of Something for Nothing: When people are not expected to accomplish deliverables and instead believe they can have something for nothing, there is a culture of bitterness and hopelessness.  Our workshops encourage  participants to create a Culture of Accomplishment wherein people commit to investing their time, talent, and resources until deliverables are achieved.

Our trainers have been through the rigor of our trainings. We know what it takes to have the courage to walk away from limiting beliefs. We have had to examine our own behavior patterns: not wanting to say what we knew to say; pretending we didn't know what we know; hiding in the group; lying to ourselves and others; and avoiding subjects by acting confused, tired, or indifferent. We've tried it all, so we can lead you. Our trainings work.
